I bought a new iphone 4 and it doesn't get hardly any bars no matter where I am at. How to fix that?

Try a reset, hold down the home/power button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for your phone to boot back up.

if that doesn't work then I would contact the phone carrier and see if there are any network issues.

Check your carriers coverage. I don't think it's a phone issue. Oh and if its iPhone 4 get a case :-) that might give you extra bar or two lol.. I am gonna get **** for this :-)
