Q: What if it does not accept my redemption code?

I have a digital copy which I am attempting to tranfer to my Mac. iTunes opens and asks for the redemption code. However it is not accepting the code. I ahve tried several times. Any suggestions?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
