I tried to update my itunes but it show that no new updates is available

are you trying to update it on pc or mac?
if you're running an older version of mac it will need to be upgraded before you can update itunes.
i just need to update my iphone 4.3 into new version but it say i need to download itunes 11.0. When i check the itunes setting is shows that no new updates are available.
Download iTunes from the link I gave you. If you have a Mac, you must be using OS X 10.6.8 or newer
i downloaded already and now it show that my software needs to be updated too. I update it and is says all are up to date.
i can't download/update into Itunes 11.0
