hello, i am trying to send card but i get error that my country is not supported. i live in israel and want to send card to friend in US. what does it matter where i live if apple is sending it anyway and its from the us to the us address?

iPad 2, iOS 6

All any of us here can say is that if the service isn't offered in your country, there is nothing you can do. I'm sure Apple has good reasons why the service is not totally international, but what those reasons might be I could only guess at.
