Since installing the new version of iTunes, I can't print playlists correctly.  It prints songs jammed on top of each other.  Worked fine with previous version and nothing else changed.  Already regretting the upgrade.  Is there a solution?

I updated iTunes and now the printing is working.  iTunes corrected whatever was ailing it.  Whoopee!

    HP Photosmart D110.  Basic printer options, but nothing seems to help.

    I have the same problem with playlists--all the song titles print on top of each other. This happened just after I installed the latest version of iTunes. I'm using an HP Photosmart Plus B210 series printer. I tried to contact Apple for support but can't find the required serial number and none of their instructions for locating it seem to work for me.

    I found a method to print playlists. First select your playlist you want to print. Highlight all songs in the playlist (click on 1st song, then press shift key and click simultaneously on last song). After all songs in playlist are highlighted, right click to bring up menu and select "copy". 

     

    Open Microsoft Excel, highlight a cell (ie uppermost left corner) and select "Paste Special" which I believe is under File or Edit menu. 

     

    Your  playlist will be loaded in separate columns in the spreadsheet that you can then format/enhance with Excel.

    Forgot to mention that after you select "Special Paste" in Excel, you have option of selecting "Text" or "Unitext".  the Unitext selection worked for me. I haven't tried the "Text" selection. Also you will need to add a column for song numbers on the left side of the spreadsheet then use a simple Excel formula to add the numbering. Type in the number '1" in the first cell of the 1st row and then use a formula to create the "2" in the second cell for the second song ("=" then "up arrow" and "enter"  "+1" and "enter"), then copy that formula to the remaining cells in the song numbering column.

    By following these directions I have created a printable list in Excel format. How do I get the printable list on the CD insert with the cover art?

    For the Jewel try every catagory, I did, I got one to work the very last one.  On some the artwork shows up but not the list.  I have no idea why the printer is not recognizing the jewel case choices.  Someone out there is surely smarter than I.  I do have a usable one though,

    I have the same problem and very frustrated. I hope there is a fix for this. I use that function frequently.

    I wish they would add the Print selection that they had before. This is a real problem!

    I have the exact same problem.  Itunes 11.0 should have thought of this problem when they introduced it to us. If I would have know about it I would have not upgraded to it!! Can anybody help me with a fix for this hassle?

    When I pressed print for the jewel case, I used the very last option on my list.  I got it to print the names of the songs.  Smaller print but readable.  I am not pleased with it but it was better than the black blob I was receiving.  I tried them all until I got one to work.  That is the best I can come up with.  I have a HP Photosmart printer.

    Glad I'm not the only one with this problem, as usual thought I must've been doing something wrong!!! I will give your suggestion a try but  surely Apple will realise there is a problem and put it right. Thanks Jodespjodes.Letsgobilly.

    Can't print a jewel case or any other song list since installing the update.

    As usual, another bug issue with a Apple Update. Let's see if  Apple can do a better job on customer service

    than the last bug issue(the length of listening time on song previews)
