Ok so i Pre ordered One Directions Take me home album and it won't download. Like it is making me pay for it again when i have already paied for it.

It is saying "click OK to begin dowloading" and i clicked ok and it said to the billing thing and how i am going to pay for the rest of it. i downloaded the new version of itunes and it still won't work?
