why does iheart keep buffering

All of a sudden after playing iheart on my ipod touch for 9 mos I started having problems with music stopping and message buffering appearing. I tried everything I can think of reset all my settings, got a new Ipod touch deleted the app and re-installed. Don't know what else to try pls help. It's not my wi-fi all other products are working just fine..
