Before you try restoring or anything, try going into the reset settings on the device and select reset network settings. Wait for it to reset and try again. This will remove any saved networks, but it may get your Wi-Fi back.

I hope this helps.

I'm sorry that my suggestion did not prove successful.

A few questions that may help:

What device are you using?

What iOS version is it running?

When did this problem occur?

What happened before this happened that could have caused the problem?

If resetting or restoring did not work, then it may be a hardware problem that you may have to take to apple to get fixed.

iOS 6 is more than likely the problem. I don't know that there is much you can do to fix it. It might just kick back on, or another update might switch it back to working, but there is no telling.

One more thing to try though, hold you home and power buttons down for about 10 seconds until the device powers off. This will reset the device but won't erase anything. This method tends to fix some little issues like that. That's all I can think to do about it right now.

I hope you can get it back online.
