when I open airport utility it performs a scan and then say it can not detect a wireless device. The rest of the screen is blank; all menus are blanked out. What do I do?
I just replaced our wireless modem with a new one; our airport extreme is now flashing amber light. When I get into airport utility it attempts to scan for the device but can not detect it. The utility screen is blank - nothing to select or configure. The menus are also blank. What do I need to do?
