Where are Recent Pictures Stored in Settings > Users & Groups?

Settings > Users & Groups > Edit Picture > Recent Pictures

I'm trying to clear the tiles of recently used pictures - how can I do this?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.5), does not support Mountain Lion.
