Retina MBP Bootcamp Headphones Mic Not working

Since the new retina MBP does not have a mic port, I'm trying to use my headphones with a built in mic in Bootcamp.

They work fine in OSX, but bootcamp does not even recognize them, and has no recording device available to switch to, which is making me believe that the driver is not installed at all. I've tried reinstalling the windows support software and there has been no change.

Does anyone have a solution so that I can use the built in Mic on my headphones?
