Final Cut Pro installs a number of "Pro" video editing codecs thjat are only available for content playback on other systems which have FCP installed. If your "saved" file is using one of those video codedcs then the normal way to solve this problem to export the video to one of the non-"Pro" compression formats for use on any platform. Your final choice of codec will depend on which Apple and/or third-party codecs are availabnle on the FCP equipped system and which particular codec provides the most universal use for final users.
