Thank you... I cannot open my iPad... Even iTunes can't determined.. I try the DFU mode and restored it but iTunes shows error 1602... I try to follow the solution given by the support but still I cannot open it...it cannot be restored because of the error..
I also try to replace my USB cable or put it in the back of my computer but the error still the same..
