I have just intalled iTunes 11 and it is no good to me without DJ.
Are there step by step instructions anywhere on how to go back to the last version of iTunes 10?

Once you upgrade there is no downgrading. Which is complete mess. I'm sorry but we're stuck with it. 😢

This works well. A couple of additional tips - you have to press "replace" many times - probably about 100! You also need to use Time Machine to restore your library files from the day before you upgraded to 11.
I am now back with 10.7, playing music with iTunes DJ.
I hope Apple fix 11 - there were some good features, but "NextUp" was not a replacement for iTunesDJ for me. I want to be able to see all details of upcoming music at a glance in the itunes full window.
