How do I dock my new Iphone 5 with the 5 dock stations I have?

I use this:

I just lay the phone beside it. This puts no strain on the Lightening port.

Would this little device do the trick too? http://www.custom-cable.co.uk/ruark-audio-ipod-ipad-iphone-lightning-adapter-doc k-support.html This would certainly help those with standard iPod docks who need the lightning connector and dont want to have a cable attached.

Maybe, but it puts a lot more strain and chance of breaking the connector. I'd stick with a cable, but that's just my opinion.
