Sprint CDMA iPhone 4s APN settings

Hi there,
I have a Sprint CDMA iPhone 4s with 6.0.1 iOS. It's unlocked but I can't use 3G. I tried to modify apn settings with iPhone Configuration Utility but it's still doesn't work. Could you please tell me how can I do it?
