No eMail and Calendar Sync on Outlook 2010 under Windows 8 with iTunes 11

Hey there,

I just installed windows 8 (new installation, no upgrade).

Unfortunately, iTunes (11.0.0.163 64Bit) doesn't find any calendars, contacts or email accounts for sync with my iPad3 and iPhone5.

See image below.

I have Windows 7, issue seems to be with iTunes 11.0.0.163 when you select keeping contacts and calendar through iCloud. Worked fine before that.

I've never used iCloud.

Is there an option in iTunes where to choose "select keeping contacts and calendar through iCloud"?
