Why is mail coming through with a pre-defined "***JUNK MAIL***" subject, from a specific person, determined by the server?
The letter does not go to Junk Mail but it is already the subject by the time it reaches me?
Log into your Webmail in a browser & see if there are any filter settings there to adjust.
It sounds like maybe that individual's account was hacked or spoofed by some big spammer.
