Q: I attempted to transfer data from my old laptop using windows xp to my new imac but got a message that it will only allow the transfer for windows xp sp3 or later, so it failed.  What do i do now?

I attemped to move data from my old laptop with xp to my new imac, just purchased yesterday using the migration manager.  Received a messag noting transfer would not work unless system had xp sp3 or later.  What do I do know to transfer?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5), new imac just released
