It is the third time that my MacBook Pro is blocked (no mouse or keyboard) and that at the same time an alarm sound beeping like an ambulance occurs...
I wonder why and I'm afraid of what could append next.
Do you know what this means ?

Is it possible that someone has used iCloud and "Find my iPhone" to send an alert to your Mac? The sound it makes is very loud.
It should also be accompanied by this alert box
Did you buy yourr Mac new from Apple or authorised Apple Mac dealer? If not then you may of bought one that was stolen and the original owner is putting the block on it.
No. I bought my Mac new from Apple, only one year ago. The problem is very new, but it occured already three times in a couple of days. This is why I'm nervous about it. Thanks for your help anyway.
Thank you for your answer. But I have no special dialog box when this alarm occurs. I just loose the mouse and the keyboard, and the sound is so strong that I press the shutdown button to stop it. I cannot really remember which application was running at the same time, but there is a possibility that I was running Skype, at leat ones, but I cannot garantee that it was the case each time.

I have tried to find an Hardware Test on my Mac but it seems that there is not anyone available (as it was the case with other Apple computers yesterday). Do you know wether I can download one one the internet ?

I found an old Apple Hardware Test CD but I'am pretty sure it doesn't come from my new MacBook staff. (It was for an old iBook, or iMac I had before...). Do you think I should try to boot on it, or is it dangerous ?

Alancito has provided the appropriate Apple support article for the Apple Hardware Test. For your MBP, a disk is not necessary. Press and hold down the D key when you start your MBP. It will do no harm to your machine.

I have done the test, and an alarm oocurs, alterning three beeps and a blank...So it is a hardware problem.

3 beeps = no good banks
but I don't know what a bank is...

Memory (RAM) failure.
To expand on John Galt's response, Each RAM chip/slot is refered to as a bank.
