Q: invalid sim comes up when i try go into settings. i have a apple replacement iphone 4

i have just recently inserted a new TELSTRA sim card and the phoen shows "sos only" in the signal bar.

 

the current phone is a iphoen 4 replacement phoen from the apple store..

 

Any help?
