How do I make the album art smaller in I tunes 11,

If you click on Artists, then All Artists at the top of the nav column, then View Options, you can specify the size of the album art for that screen and still scroll through your whole collection.

Unfortunately, you can't do it in Albums view.

Today, i spend almost the entire day trying to get my albums artwork in the album view smaller. The new itunes 11 has nice features but come on. Why should I indeed be stuck with these big icons and need to scroll down to find my albums. I can't believe they did not think about this. Why oooow why. Anybody help ?

its really bad, i have over 1500 albums and it takes 5 mins to get to the bottom when there are only 10-12 albums on screen at a time, i do hope they fix this soon.

Really sad. Some good improvements, but when you have as many albums as i have it becomes really frustrating. To be honest, i'm so frustrated now, i'm thinking of downloading an earlier version.

I too cannot believe that this was overlooked by the program designers.

Between this album art annoyance, the new maps app, and how bad mountain lion is, I'm about to go back to windows. The worst part is that the ipad music app is terrible (it used to be good till they changed it), now I have to deal with basically the same thing on my mac as well.

I have now given away my iPhone (will keep my iPad for now) I have gotten sick of iTunes so I only use icloud backup. Have gone for the Nokia Lumia 920. It works great with my computer. So I may end up getting rid of all of my apple things soon. Steve would hate how apple has become.

I am also struggling with this problem in the new iTunes as the previous version had the option of reducing the artwork size. Anyone has an idea as to when Apple is going to fix the error?

I Have This Problem also, in fact it annoyed me so much i rolled back t 10.7 as it has nice 3rd party skins so i have nice black itunes, looks slick, but in doing so creates more problems because the ios my ipd runs will not accept streaming properly, in the fact that when i open the relevent folder on my ipad sometimes my music does not show except fr maybe one or 2 albums, and then sometimes after a reset and disconnecting of sharing and reconnecting everything will show up again for a period of hrs or days and then dissapear again, i mean come on, i actually need the streaming for my work purposes, I have in excess of 2000 albums and 90,000 songs, which i would upgrade to itune 11 but having to manually scroll through them at their current size is a pain really, i can view 6-8 albums on current scale, but over 60 once they are resized, come on apple, you seeriously have lost pace, jobs would not have allowed such disregard for small things like this

The only way I've found to fix this is go to my desktop and adjust my display properties to a higher res. I went from 1024 x 768 to 1280 x 1024 and it helped alot. You may just have to play around with it.

Ideally, your monitor is always going to be set at the max resolution of the monitor. Look at yrou monitor specs.

This will prevent blurring and a poor looking display.
