You can connect them both to the same iCloud account, or the 'tedious but works' way is to mail/share them from one device which will put them into an e-mail you can open on the other one. The downside, have to do it one at a time.
Is there a way I can go to my computer with both iPhone and iPad and move the data?
I tried calling iPad Support, waste of time, the guy knew less than I, finally lost connection, he had my number but sure never called me back... he was wanting rid of me! 😉
Ok, I finially figued out how to move pictures from my computer to iPad.... now if I can find a way to move Contacts and Bookmarks?
The easiest way is to set up icloud on all the devices.

How to transfer or sync content to your computer
I have iCloud on all devices.
Another question. Yesterday I connected my iPad to my PC (Windows 7), using Itunes, I clicked on Sync photos from My Computer. I selected the picture folder and it started uploading to the iPad. Only it moved those pictures and from other folders? OK, now I need to delete a bunch of those on the iPad but there is no option to Delete... only to move to another folder, then I can delete that folder but I'm still stuck with the mess of photos in the original folder. How do I delete this original folder or the photos in it?
I also read it doesn't tranfer photos not taken with either iPhone or iPad but I now have pictures on the iPad that were taken with a Sony camera.
You can transfer photos not taken with the ipad to the ipad. What you can't do is delete photos from the ipad that were not taken with the ipad. You have to use itunes to sync them off the ipad. I don't mess around a whole lot with photos. I use all apple products now and once I take a picture with my ipad it goes to photo stream (icloud) and those photos automaticlly show up on my mac book, imac and ipod. So don't really had the need to explore any other way of moving/transfering/deleting photos. (or any content for that matter). I do however have a collection of links that I've been saving, you'll have to try them and see if any of them offer you any better options.
Hope this helps:

Ok, I tried your suggestion and went to the link for using iTunes to sync them off…
All it did was copy MORE photos. Now I have twice as many!
I’m very frustrated with iPad and ready to put it in the box and ship it back.
Did you remove the checkmark from the sync box?
No I didn't, but after removing the checkmark the folders are gone.
Thank you a bunch.
Cool! iTunes is not the most intuitive program, that's why i posted all those other links hoping that you might find an alternative that works for you.
