iPod Touch 4G not connecting!!

I have an iPod Touch 4G and iTunes just updated the version for 11.0.0. Now my iPod doesn't connect to computer and iTunes anymore. What i have to do?

I want to add that in Device Manager Apple Mobile Device USB Driver has an exclamation mark.

Start here:

iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows

I would first do:

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

or

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
