Because the password is locked, I cannot sync/connect with iTunes.
Would there be any workaround?
Look at Chapter 32 of the users guide.
I think that if you tap the iPod with three fingers you can use it somewhat normally and then unlock and turn off VO. I think it also says you heed to scroll with two finger to navigate. to turn off.
Thank you very much !!! I almost threw my daughter's iPod in the trash can as I was so frustrated...
After reading the manual you linked, I realized that you have to tap once to choose the icon, then tap whatever you need to do twice to choose that action. So I was able to type in the passcode by choosing the number by tapping once, and then tapping the same number twice which made it show up on the password box.
I am now going to take a nap... exhausted...
