I was automatically billed $24.99 for a year's subscription to iCloud that I do not need and do not want. So I have turned off all iTunes matching on iPhone and iPad and Laptop. I cancelled automatic payments on December 1st as soon as I was notified of this, but they still went ahead. And of course the sacrosanct iTunes support cannot be reached by phone, only tiresome emails.
