Apr 16, 2013 12:27 AM in response to terbear55by Mike Perth,That's it Apple - no fix so goodbye!! I did email the support team who just told me to look at the support site, when I replied giving them the full details and a link to this site, they 'disappeared' and not a word since - two weeks have since passed. With this total lack of customer service, Steve Jobs must be looking down in disgust. Rotten Apple springs to mind!!

Apr 19, 2013 5:52 PM in response to Mike Perthby karin252,Yes, I agree with you. I've called and talked to technical advisors last month. They said a fix would be done soon. But didn't know exactly when. I've stopped buying from itunes because nothing has been done. I've been a very, very good customer in the past. I doubt if I'll be missed. No customer service at all ! ! ! ! ! !

Apr 20, 2013 2:07 PM in response to karin252by jacler01,I thought that there was some thing wrong with the settings in my printer. I made a bunch of changes and there was no change in the printing issue of the jewel case. I will now probably have printing issues with everthing else that I do on my computer. I am going to keep an eye out for some other replacement for I tunes and spend all my money with them instead. This is extremely frustrating especially now that I know that so many people are having the same issues for so long.

Apr 20, 2013 9:27 PM in response to jacler01by anthonystjames,Count me in here, using Windows XP. CD inserts are illegible. Wasted ink trying to "fix my printer," too - except THAT wasn't the problem! Experienced a new problem more recently, too: Just after I burned a CD, iTunes didn't recognize the titles and listed them as Track 1, Track 2, etc. Their iTunes updates usually are released more frequently than this...what is the holdup? - ASJ

Apr 22, 2013 5:52 PM in response to anthonystjamesby karin252,I've never gotten a good answer from a technical advisor on when they're going to fix our problem. And yes, it reversed the songs on my last c.d. I burned. I have a temporary fix for the jewel case song list, though. I print the jewel case insert, keep the front, throw away the jumbled up song list. Then I print just the list of songs. If you don't have any more than 17 songs, it should fit with a little old fashioned cutting or folding. Hope that helps someone.

Apr 23, 2013 4:18 AM in response to karin252by Schmit,The problem is still not solved with iTunes (Windows Vista) vers. 11.02.26 .
Come on now Apple, let's get a solution now, please.

Apr 27, 2013 7:33 PM in response to Schmitby DRH255,I can't believe this has been going on so long. They really don't care. If you buy songs is it too much to ask to be able to print a jewel case insert
without having to cut and paste pages together? Why can't they issue a fix???

Apr 28, 2013 2:15 AM in response to terbear55by rojake,I just installed a new printer and finally found the time to burn a few CDs since I the last iTunes update. All went well until I tried to printout the CD jewel case insert - yes, I have the same problem so many have had to deal with apparently for months now. I wasted so much time this morning assuming there was something amiss with my printer. I am a very loyal and lucrative Apple consumer but am getting fed upwith their indifference to ongoing problems apropos their "updates." Bite the bullet, Apple! Get to the core of the problem and fix it before you drive me away with your inept customer service.

Apr 28, 2013 2:48 AM in response to terbear55by Mike Perth,I have sent emails to every apple support address I could find asking them to sort this probelm out NOW - after some months of frustration. Do I expect any reply? No. Do I expect any action or solution to the problem? No. I come to this conclusion after emails and calls that have had no response at all. It's like trying to converse with the dead. Now ..... there's an idea ... Steve, are you there?!!

Apr 28, 2013 12:31 PM in response to rojakeby poindexl,Called Itunes today about my jewel case printing problem and was told that I could buy a customer service contract for $19.95, then I could probably get the problem solved on my computer. Are they crazy?

Apr 28, 2013 1:00 PM in response to poindexlby Hooter13,As I continue to read these posts, I am thanking my lucky stars that when the update notice first appeared on my computer I was too busy to do it. Then, the posts on here started flowing and I am so happy that I still have Version 11.0.1.12. I have no intention of upgrading but I do feel bad that everyone is going through this crap. I too got burned the first time they did this.

Apr 28, 2013 3:49 PM in response to Hooter13by Hooter13,I have been commenting on their Facebook page regarding this issue. They keep deleting my comments so I can see how much they want to deal with this issue. Perhaps it is time to bombard their page with comments!

Apr 29, 2013 5:08 PM in response to poindexlby karin252,Service contract for $19.95!!! They are really, really crazy. I would think that they make a pretty good living as it is. Customer service on this problem is not good. I'm so sorry I upgrated to the 11.0.2. I keep calling and complaining. But so far it hasn't done any good.
