Q: Can't print cd jewel case insert

Upgrade. It solved the problem for me. Just upgrade. Read previous posts. It's iTunes. Upgrade.Problem solved.

I just installed 11.0.4 on a Win 7 Home Premium platform and tested the jewel case printing with Mosaic and White Mosaic options.  I did not experience any problems.  My OS has all current updates installed including SP1.

Hey digital-moose,  I still am using Windows XP.  Most of the people seem to have the Windows 7.  And since I am still back in the stone age with my XP, I tend to be a little bit hedgy with regards to updating to 11.0.4. Since 11.0.3 fixed my problem, I guess I'll just stay where I'm at for now. Everything prints fine - no problems.

Works for me...if it aint broke, don't fix it.

After chasing this rabbit down the hole with downloading all the latest updates for Win 7 Home Premium, reloading the latest drivers for my "antiquated" HP printer, etc., then determining that I still have the same problem, only to put the cherry on top of this mess with the HP tech's solution "my only solution to you is to upgrade the printer" (otherwise - buy a new printer) for one small issue.  Priceless. 

Good, I don't see a print icon or the word "print" no matter what I click. Can you walk me through just how you did it?

Go to File, upper right of screen, click for the drop down - click print and the rest will be self explanatory.

Sorry I meant upper left portion of the screen, it is not even that early.

Ok, thanks. When I click the file icon, (I think, it's the only icon in left corner) my choirces are "New", "Library", Itunes Store", "Add File to Library", "Get Info", "Swith to Mini Player", "Preferences", "Show in Menu Bar" and "Exit". Which would I click to print?

You are missing several options under "File".  I would try downloading Itunes again.

      I am confirming this is still broken as of today, using iTunes 12.0.1.26 and Mac OS X 10.10.1

You may have figured this out by now but if anyone has this problem again as I did today, you need to go to Show Menu Bar and then the options that say File, Edit, View, Controls, Store and help come up and then you can go to file and press print. It is best to go to a playlist you have created and then print otherwise it looks like it tries to print case for your whole music library.
