iTunes Match stuck on step 3

Hi all,

I just subscribed to iTunes Match. It uploaded my matched songs to the cloud but it got stuck on step 3 ("Uploading artwork and remaining songs") and then it gpes into a loop. I got about 1000 unmatched songs. iTunes Match does not seem to be able to upload them. The error message that I keep getting is " We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occured (4010)". Then it starts all over again, throughs steps 1 & 2.

I'd apprecaite any suggestions as how to solve this annoying issue. Thanks.
