If I understand your problem, Nikolas555, you have problems connecting to the Internet with Safari. Could you tell us more about your PC, like what kind of PC is it, what operating system. Yes, it could be a software problem as well. try running disk utility and repair permissions. You may also need to talk to your ISP (Internet Service Provider). How are you connected, wirelessly or thru Ethernet ?(the Plug on the side/back of your machine)
you may need to go into your Network settings, and release and renew your IP address....maybe'
