Does anyones Logic show a track graphic while its recording, but when its done, show just a flat line? I have to normalize the audio track to show a waveform. Kinda a pain in the ***.
Logic Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
Look in Preferences/Audio set the "Recording Delay" to zero.
Recording Delay should always be set to Zero unless you tested your hardware and found an adjustment is required. It's a long standing bug!
Don't forget about the waveform visual slider in the lower right hand corner of the arrange page. this can inadvertantly get turned "off", and no waveforms willl be visible if that's the case.
