If i deleted an iCloud account from a macbook pro which contains contacts and notes etc. will it be deleted from iPhone and iPad?

When you delete an iCloud account from a Macintosh or device, the data is only deleted in this device or Mac, so it doesn't affect to the others with the same Apple ID

You can't delete the account, all you can do is sign out of it (on your MBP)
