How do I transfer from a Tascan 4-track to Garageband?

I have some tapes I recorded on a Tascam 414 4-track. I would like to import each song, 4 tracks at the same time, as four seperate tracks, into my GarageBand. I want to edit the tracks seperately and mix them together into a whole. Is it possible, and if so...how?
