I cannot sync some videos with iTunes 11

Hi,

Since I upgraded to iTunes 11 it does not take into account any video that was not bought in the store to sync it on my iPod (nano 5). Impossible to sync personal videos for instance !?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
