Hello, I had a upgrade of of the New 4s phone in October, after charging the unit up I found the top half of my screen was not working. So contacted Vodaphone who turns rd and tells me they dont have any in stock. They Then send me to apple who try and also find a phone and fine they also dont have any in stock but would call me when they do. Happy with this.
Five weeks later i have a call saying a phone will be sent to my local agent in Leicester for them to sort this out and update and down load my phone with details and app etc.
Hoping that the apps i brought would be safe as of photos.
I Then drive 9 miles into city and pay 4.50 for parking to find the phone had not been sent, told to come bake this Thursday which i did. Same again, still no phone and they did not have one in stock they could just give me to replace my phone which has a yr cover with apple.
I am now getting really unhappy with apple and vodaphone, I run my own company and use apple alot, but this yr the service anc customer support is really bad. I had a call back from Canada and US who really tried there best to help but cant as the UK dont work 24hr like them over there.
He tried do a refund for me on the itune product i had brought as cant be used due to phone not working. I reported this to apple time and time again, and they say we get some one to call you. You did some one from across the other side of the water who really cant help.
I have now contacted Trading Standards with them opening a case under the sale of goods act.
