I can not figure out how to name/rename "Artists" in the new Itunes 11 - In the old version it was just simply a case of double clicking and then it was sorted however in this one I can't double click on the artists name and can't find any other way of doing it - I'm sure the answer is incredibly simple however Ican't seem to find it.
Any help/info would be greatly appreaciated

Right click on the artist and click "Get Info". In there you will be able to change artist information.
