Recently upgrade to the newest version of the iTunes. Since doing so am no longer able to launch it. Error message "This copy of iTunes is corrupted or not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes." If I reinstall does it mean i loose all my data?

Recently upgrade to the newest version of the iTunes. Since doing so am no longer able to launch it. Error message "This copy of iTunes is corrupted or not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes." If I reinstall does it mean i loose all my data?
