How do u fix scratches on rare camera of iphone 4?

I have scratches on my rear camera of the iphone 4 which is causing blurry pictures can anyone assist me in getting this resolved?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1

Fix is to replace back cover of iPhone 4. At Apple Store it costs $29. Make genius reservation to avoid long wait. If you want to do it yourself, new backs can be purchased for less than $10.

Thanks for your solution......I was hoping that I could polish it off......I am very upset i just had my iphone 4 for a week and now need a replacement back cover. The camera is really fragile for such an expensive phone.
