their are three files always in the trash can ! i empty it and the come back 1 is the remote 2 is skype 3 is ios system file ... is this normal ?

Hold the option key down when you click to erase the trash.
thanks but the thing is i migh not been clear ..
when i empty the trash can they go .. but they come back in few hours orthe next startup
Seethis FAQ on solving trash problems.
Start Applications/Utilities/ActivityMonitor.
Click the "Process Name" column.
Find the names that you cannot delete.
click themand choose the "Quit Process" button.
If you have stopped them all, close Activity Monitor and empty the Trash bin (perhaps even a restart after that).
