When I get incoming calls, my contact picture is a little box in the corner. How do I make it fullscreen?

I don't know. When my friends' phones ring it comes up like the 2nd one, but they have iphone 4 and 4s.
Photos that you add to the Contacts app directly on the phone will show up full screen. Photos synced to Contacts from other sources (FB, a computer) will appear small.
