So am I Sheila3409, did you get the prob resolved?
My iphone is authorized on my computer, but when I move through the steps to sync, it tells me that my computer is no longer authorized. I go to authorize and it says that the computer is already authorized. How do I resolve this?
Dwills06 Did you ever get this problem resolved? The same thing is happening to me and it's very fustrating!!
I went into the apple store and how it was explained to me was that the new ios7 update made the ipad even more exclusive and personal. So if you have any apps that were downloaded by an ex or a friend using their apple id on your device it won't sync, because updates of apps are tied to apple id accounts. music is not included because songs are not updated. but if you try to delete apps that were not purchased under your apple id it should fix the problem.
I don't want to Deauthorize All. I only want to Authorize my new (actually used) iMac. I only have an old PC I'm about to dump and my Macbook. So I don't understand why I seem to be blocked. I'm under my limit, as I understand it.
