I bought a book in app store and i can't raise de font. Can anyone help me?

Certain kinds of books have a fixed layout, font and size. Others you can adjust both the font and size.
Books from the iBookstore can normally only be read on the iBooks app. Every purchase page in the iBookstore tells you that:
So, i can´t do nothing about that?
I bought a book that i won´t be able to resize the layout?

If you have an issue with a particular book, use the Report a Problem link on your receipt.
But the ability to have fixed-format ebooks where the font and font size and layout stay the way the author wants them is considered to be a major feature of iBooks, used especially in textbooks, so that is not going to change. For such books you need to zoom to make everything larger.
PS Have you tried viewing your book in Portrait mode (vertical instead of horizontal). For some books this mode lets you change the font size.
In Portrait or landscape the function doesn´t work.
I think i didn´t recive the receipt of this purchase.
Can i report the problem with Itunes?

There should also be a Report a Problem link in iTunes/Store/View My Account where it lists your purchases.
