First you'd need to give much more detailed information - is this a site where you buy songs and then download them? Or what type of website is it? Have you paid for it? Generally, there could be copyright issues and very few pieces of music are available for free, so it could be a problem with the site not allowing you the download unless it is paid for?

Ahh, I see - well, as far as YouTube is concerned, their terms expressly state that they do not allow downloads unless there is a download button (DRM/copyrights issues). So, I don't know if the site you are referring to is actually getting their music legally and, if there is no download button, I'd assume that it wouldn't be. To make it worse, the Terms of Use for these forums do not allow us to discuss any workarounds for such things. So you might want to google for a possible solution.
