Help downloaded itunes 11 still getting error 4310 when buring to a disc. the computer is new.

I also have a new computer (Asus, Windows 8, iTunes 11) and am having the same problem.
I HAVE THE SAME SYSTEM AS YOU , CAN IT BE FIXED ?
I have the same problem and have been looking on this discussion page for atleast an hour. Has anyone found a solution?
Please write a version of itunes that works on a pc. I'm puzzeled why I can't do something BASIC like burn a cd. My burner is fine, my drivers are fine, but itunes is not. I can burn stuff outside of itunes, but itunes throws this error after about 5 seconds. Given the number of people having the same issue, and given that this issue has been around for several years, it's crazy that this isn't fixed.
