itunes won't close and restarts

Hi,

I've updated to iTujnes 11 and it's still the same as before. meaning, after I opened it withou anu sync or any device pluged to the computer (windows7 64), i exit it or close it and it rstarts again and again...

How do I prevent it form restarting??
