I have a apple airport extreme that when I attach a hard drive I can see the hard drive in airport utility but I can not open or use any files. I am on windows xp please help
Yes I formated the hard drive to fat32.
See this Apple support document for 3 methods to view the hard drive connected to the AirPort Extreme:
Airport utility is not for file viewing and editing.... it is just for doing setup and configuration.
I understand this but where do I go to see my movie file or music. The utility sees my samsung 500gb hard drive where do I go to access whats in it? Thank you folks for your time just lost right now done alot of research no answers
