Good day! I have a problem: on the Mac always plays the sound (as in removing icons from the dock). Sound repeated every 2-4 minutes. In this case, no background applications are running. Take this problem for more than three days.

Try starting in Safe Mode and see if the problem still occurs?
Restart holding the "shift" key.
(Expect it to take longer to start this way because it runs a directory check first.)

Try it in another account, like Guest. Or a fresh account you create.

Re-installing the system does nothing to sort out your user folder.

How often do you have it set to check Mail?
MaIl >Preferences > General > check for new messages every _ minutes?
I checked the settings Mail.app and iMessage, but there's nothing there, and the sound is the same, when you delete an icon from the Dock. I tried through other accounts, but No results.

That means the sound wasn't present in other accounts? Then it's limited to your user account.
It may be a Login Item. Go to System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items and remove them. Choose them and use the "-" minus sign to remove. (You can always add them back) Boot normally and test.

I believe that this bug system, and it must be addressed in the next update, but for now I just turned off the system sounds.
No, it's not a bug. No one I've seen has reported it, so don't count on anything different in the next update/upgrade.
