I currently have the latest IPad version the third generation with the verizon cellular plan which I use for my business. I also use it with my square card reader and I have the square register app on my ipad which I use for my inventory but the issue I've run across is that I took and saved the pictures on my ipad so I could have the picture to help identify my items since I sell baskets with unique distinctive markings; however when I open the square register app and go to edit library I click on my basket and go to the picture portion which is blank to change it but a window pops us saying choose or take picture and change label color or set text label. I click on choose picture from my pad photos and a different window pops up stating user denied album access. The same happens when I try to take a picture for the item it states cannot get albums.

I've contacted square support by email and they've replied stating that the problem seems to be with the device

Similarly another business colleague of mine has had the same issue, he can't access his photos through the square register app to add the photo to the item and his ipad is a second generation using Verizon's Mifi jet pack.

All of our software is up to date using the iOS 6.0.1 so I truly have no idea of what's wrong and any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.
