Q: I deleted some contacts from my iPhone not knowing I deleted them via the cloud on my husband's.  Is there a way to retrieve them?

I deleted some contacts from my iPhone 5 not knowing I deleted them via the Cloud from my husband's.  Is there any way to recover the contacts from the iTunes backup?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1
