how do i add music from my library to my ipod with the new set up?

I cannot figure out how I'm supposed to be able to add music from my library to my iPod with the new & "easier" iTunes setup. It either shows me my music library OR it shows me my iPod library...it doesn't show me how to drag from my regular library to the other...how can I do this?
